The new Thinky Days 2026 diaries are available in Australia! They look great with hard covers and metal spiral binding, along with all the features you have come to expect in a Thinky Days diary. It’s been a long wait, and for those of us in New Zealand, it looks like we will have to wait a bit longer because the Kiwi ones landed just before New Year, but they are yet to arrive with me. Not long to wait now!

Psalm 21
WELCOME TO ETERNITY

Imagine yourself being welcomed into God’s kingdom by Jesus Christ. All your prayers have been answered, and God has worked hand in hand with you to prefect your character, victory by victory. And imagine if the beginning of Psalm 21 was written especially for you. It was actually written by David, but I have changed the pronouns so we can read the psalm as if it was our own.

“I rejoice in your strength, LORD. How great is my joy in the victories you give! You have granted me my heart’s desire and have not withheld the request of my lips. You came to greet me with rich blessings and placed a crown of pure gold on my head. I asked you for life, and you gave it to me – length of days, for ever and ever. Through the victories you gave, my glory is great; you have bestowed on me splendour and majesty. Surely you have granted me unending blessings and made me glad with the joy of your presence. For I trust in the LORD; through the unfailing love of the Most High I will not be shaken. … Be exalted in your strength, LORD; I will sing and praise your might.” (Psalm 21 v 1 – 7, 13, based on the NIV with pronouns changed).

Have another read through the psalm and make it your own to let this beautiful picture of glory become part of you. Pray for it to be real for you. Make it the desire of your heart.
